FAQ

Books are in off-site storage while the library is being renovated. To request a book, place your request online through the library catalog, or see a library staff member. Books are delivered to the library from off-site storage every Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
Click on the database you want to use, and enter your SUNY Schenectady login and password when prompted.
Please call the library if you have issues with accessing electronic resources off campus at 518-381-1235. You may also email the Electronic Resources Librarian at mathergm@sunysccc.edu.
Look up your username and password here.
You will need your 9-digit SUNY Schenectady ID number. This is found on your class schedule and on your ID card.
You will also need your PIN. For first-time users, your PIN is your date of birth in the format MMDDYY.
